David,
Victoria and Conner in the Bahamas
When Victoria is not personally taking
care of the many details of a real estate transaction or tending to the
many needs of her clients, she enjoys spending time with the love of her life,
David, and Conner, her son.
In her spare time Victoria and Dave, can
be found on the water. They enjoy living in Portland and being so close to
the Columbia River, Willamette River, Sandy River and Clackamas River. Being on
the water puts Victoria in a different mind-set. A day spent boating, throwing
a fishing pole in the water, or water-skiing is like a renewal process, a
mini-vacation. It gives her a new perspective and never-ending appreciation for
the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

around Portland. She enjoys the gorgeous green serenity of the Columbia Gorge,
and an occasional day hike in the Columbia Gorge. "There are some fabulous
waterfalls along many of the Gorge hikes".
With Mt. Hood just 60 minutes
away,Victoria grew up snow-skiing every weekend in the winter. Born in
Portland, with rivers just minutes away, water-skiing was her favorite past
time from the early age of 7.

Quiet day on the

Victoria and her family love vacationing
at Round Butte Dam. It's three hours from Portland where the Deschutes
River, Crooked River and Metolius River come together. It's a huge body of
water, great for water-skiing, throwing a crawfish trap in, and fishing. It's
dry, sunny, and the wildlife is fabulous! "We've seen families of otters, bald
eagles, osprey that dive for the fish, cranes, tons of deer, and even an
occasional fox. The family pooch has also had a close encounter with a
porcupine. We like to go when the Kokanee (fresh water salmon) school on the
Metolius River". It's great "action" fishing. We usually come home with several
hundred fish. We come back refreshed with a renewed spirit. We always have tons
of fun!

When Victoria and Dave are not on the
water, they enjoy spending time in their yard. They have a 1/4 acre with a
multitude of roses. Wisteria and with climbing roses adorn the fence and
arbors. Several different clematis plants climb the fence in the back to create
a wall of greenery and blossoms all summer long. They also have several
blueberry bushes and eight fruit trees, a walnut and hazelnut tree. We love the
climate, the seasons, and all the exceptional attributes of our great
city!

Financing Your Home >Mortgage Fears
It is not unusual for home buyers to feel that the lender is being very critical during the loan approval process. The buyer is required to provide all kinds of financial information, and then the lender asks for more. If this is your experience, and the process seems discouraging, remember that none of this is personal!
Some lenders have more stringent requirements than others, but every lender requires a substantial amount of documentation on a mortgage loan. They must verify employment, credit history, and recent financial transactions involving your liquid assets. If your Visa payment was late, they may ask for a letter explaining why. If you are self-employed, they will ask for tax returns from at least three years and probably a year-to-date profit and loss statement.
Government regulations require mortgage companies to document everything. And while the loan officer may know that you are a reliable risk, the underwriters must be able to defend the loan to a federal bank examiner or auditor.
